Individual assessment first
The clinic is a healthcare consultation service, not a retail store. Practitioner-only nutritional medicines and/or Western herbal medicines may be recommended following an individual consultation when Lynne considers them relevant, suitable and within professional scope. Purchasing a product is never a condition of receiving care.
Consultation payments, not an online product shop
This website has no public product catalogue or online checkout for supplements or herbal medicines. Its Square booking and payment links are intended for consultation services only. Any recommended products, supply arrangements and separate costs are discussed after individual assessment.
No purchase requirement
Nutrition and lifestyle strategies may be discussed independently of products. You are free to accept or decline any recommendation.
Informed choice
Before you decide whether to purchase the recommended medicines, Lynne will explain the clinical rationale, dose, expected duration, significant known cautions or interaction concerns, available alternatives and costs, where relevant and reasonably practicable.
No guarantees
Recommended products are selected based on individual clinical assessment and available evidence; however, individual responses may vary and no specific clinical outcome can be guaranteed. This does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Recommendations may be reviewed, adjusted or discontinued based on individual response, new clinical information or safety considerations.
Medicines and safety
Tell Lynne about all prescribed and over-the-counter medicines, supplements, herbal products, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, planned procedures and relevant health conditions. Do not stop or change prescribed medicine without advice from the prescribing clinician.
Supply, delivery and returns
Products may be dispensed by the clinic or ordered through an approved third-party supplier. Where a third-party processes payment, delivery or returns, its applicable terms and privacy policy also apply. Because storage conditions and product integrity cannot be verified after products leave the clinic, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Adverse reactions and urgent care
Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if you experience a suspected adverse reaction. For serious or rapidly worsening symptoms, call 000 or seek urgent medical care. Report non-urgent concerns to the clinic and your pharmacist or doctor as appropriate.
