FAQs
Clear answers before your first appointment.
If your question is not answered here, contact the clinic with a brief, non-sensitive enquiry.

Do I need a referral?
No. You may contact the clinic directly. Lynne may recommend medical or allied health assessment if your concerns need care outside the clinic’s scope.
Who may particularly benefit from the clinic’s approach?
The clinic works with adults seeking practical support for general wellbeing, digestive concerns, midlife health and healthy ageing. It may also suit people using several supplements or herbal products, particularly alongside prescribed or over-the-counter medicines.
Can I attend online?
Online consultations are available for suitable clients. Location, technology, privacy, clinical appropriateness and emergency arrangements will be confirmed before the appointment.
What will I pay when booking?
Clicking “Book an appointment” does not charge you. When booking online through Square, an AU$40 deposit is payable at checkout and credited toward your consultation fee. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment, after your consultation. Please review the total before paying.
For the AU$450 Healthy Ageing Program, you may pay AU$190 for the initial consultation and AU$130 for each follow-up, or contact the clinic to arrange full payment before booking online.
For the AU$330 Comprehensive Wellbeing Consultation, you may pay AU$190 for Session 1 and AU$140 for Session 2, or contact the clinic to arrange full payment before booking online.
How do I cancel a booking paid with a deposit?
Contact the clinic directly; please do not use Square’s self-service cancellation button. Give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. The Fee & Booking page explains deposit refunds, rescheduling and the AU$40 late-cancellation fee. A retained AU$40 deposit counts as that fee, not a second fee.
What if I already take prescribed medicines?
Prescribed medicines are taken into account when nutritional, supplement or herbal recommendations are considered. The clinic does not advise you to stop, reduce or change prescribed medicines; discuss medication changes with your prescribing clinician.
Will I need to buy supplements or herbs?
No purchase is required to access a consultation. Products are considered only when clinically appropriate, and Lynne will discuss the rationale, safety, alternatives and costs before you decide.
Can herbal medicines interact with medicines?
Yes. Herbal medicines and supplements can interact with prescribed or over-the-counter medicines. A careful review can reduce risk, but no review can guarantee that every possible interaction will be identified.
What should I bring?
Bring or securely provide an up-to-date list of prescribed medicines, over-the-counter medicines, supplements and herbs. Relevant pathology reports or results may be useful when shared using a clinic approved secure method, not through a Square booking form, customer message or ordinary email.
Are results guaranteed?
No. People respond differently, and outcomes depend on many factors. The clinic offers evidence-informed assessment and recommendations but cannot promise a particular result.
Is this an emergency service?
No. For urgent or life-threatening concerns, call 000. For urgent mental health support, contact an appropriate crisis or medical service.
