Fee & Booking
Clear fees before you decide.
Appointments are available at the Gosford clinic and online where clinically appropriate. The clinic uses Square Appointments for scheduling and Square Payments for consultation payments. Detailed health information is collected separately from the public booking process.
Products and external testing, if considered, are not included. There is no requirement to purchase supplements or herbal medicines as part of a consultation.
Clinic Appointments
Choose an appointment, with clear payment information.
When booking an appointment, select your service and preferred time, then review the payment amount and booking policy before checkout.
Please do not enter your health history, medication lists, diagnoses, pathology results, medical images or medical documents into Square booking forms or customer messages. These tools are for appointment administration, not clinical records.
Book an appointmentBooking deposit
AU$40 toward your consultation fee.
Clicking “Book an appointment” does not incur a charge. When booking a consultation through Square, an AU$40 deposit is payable at checkout and deducted from your consultation fee. This is not an additional charge. For example, after paying the deposit, the remaining balance for an AU$190 consultation is AU$150, payable on the day of your appointment, after your consultation.
Two payment options are available for the Healthy Ageing & Long-Term Wellbeing 3-month Program and Comprehensive Wellbeing Consultation.
Pay per visit or session: Your online booking deposit is credited toward the fee for that visit or session.
Pay in full: Please contact the clinic to arrange payment to avoid multiple booking deposits.
Cancellation policy
Please give as much notice as possible.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
To cancel a Square booking with a deposit, contact the clinic on 0483 284 085 or lynneb2011@gmail.com. Please do not use Square’s self-service cancellation button. A brief message is sufficient.
At least 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be refunded for cancellations.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations or rescheduling incur an AU$40 fee. Any deposit already paid is retained as this fee, with no additional charge. The fee may be waived in exceptional circumstances, such as sudden illness, an accident or a family death.
Clinic cancellations: If the clinic cancels your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or, if you agree to reschedule the same booking, credited toward your consultation fee.
Refund processing: The clinic initiates refunds through Square. Allow 4–14 business days for funds to appear, depending on Square and your card issuer.
These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
